Inside this amazing prehistoric park nestled in a haven of greenery and located between two cliffs in the heart of the Vézère Valley, discover life-size scenes depicting the first Neanderthal hunter-gatherers and Cro-Magnons.
Plunge into their lifestyle and customs in the very place they lived 35,000 years ago, and discover the diversity of animals of prehistory.
This prehistory park is intended to be an educational and entertaining space open to all. The explanatory panels along the route reveal the science behind the scenes.
Its development has been supervised by Professor Heim, paleoanthropologist at the National Museum of Natural History, and is in keeping with the latest discoveries.
